What is Medical Assisting?

Medical assistants work in ambulatory settings, such as physician's offices, clinics, and group practices. The Medical Assisting program is designed to train students to assist the needs of the private physicians.
Students are required to attend a pre-admission conference for this program.

Length of Program
You can earn an associate in applied science degree in two years if you maintain full-time status. The diploma track takes 16 months to complete.
