For First Time Students, submit your final high school or GED transcript electronically.
- High School transcripts and GED transcripts can be ordered online.
- JCPS graduates must order their transcript directly from JCPS historical database.
- Dual Credit Students: You can send your non-KCTCS dual credit college transcript(s) electronically through National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, or Credentials Solutions.
- Note: If you have not graduated from high school yet, we will need your final high school transcript that includes your graduation date.
For Transfer Students, submit official transcripts from any Non-KCTCS College. We need official transcripts from all colleges that you have attended, including those that appear on your high school transcript for Dual Credit.

- In order to accommodate prospective students who cannot take a placement test, JCTC will use a cumulative high school GPA. High school GPA placement is based on the unweighted cumulative GPA recorded at the end of the most recent term completed.
- If you have not met the high school GPA requirement, you may need to submit additional test scores.
- We have testing centers located at five of our campuses.
