If attending classes on a regular basis during the day or evening is simply not possible with your busy schedule, we have the solution. Using our distance learning system, you can take classes virtually wherever you want.
Through our partnership with the Kentucky Virtual Campus, you can take more than 1,100 classes. Using our virtual library, online bookstore, and 24-hour help, you can finish an entire program from the comfort of your home or office.
You attend courses through instruction on the Internet or on Instructional Television (ITV). You simply need access to the appropriate technology.
A computer with Internet access and an e-mail account. You should know basic word processing, how to use e-mail, and how to attach documents. You will communicate with faculty and students by e-mail or in discussion groups.
You read materials on the Internet or in a textbook. You take part in class discussions via bulletin boards, online forums, chat rooms, or e-mail. You get assignments on a Web site or by e-mail.
You take tests online or on campus, depending on the course and the test. You submit various assignments by attachment though e-mail. Some courses require campus meetings.
You take courses taught at another college that are broadcast here on closed-circuit TV. You talk to the instructor or classmates during class. You submit assignments by mail, FAX, or e-mail, and communicate with instructors after class by e-mail or phone.
More than 1,100 courses are available for dozens of programs leading to a wide variety of degrees, diplomas, and certificates. You can also transfer credits to other institutions.
