All qualified candidates will receive an interview with the program faculty.
Each student accepted into the JCTC Radiologic Technology Program will receive an official letter of notification.
Each student will acknowledge his/her acceptance by signing a Student Letter of Intent.
The Student Letter of Intent must be signed and returned to the program faculty prior to the deadline date.
Failure to return the Student Letter of Intent or an unexcused absence from the pre-admission orientation conference will void the student's candidacy for fall admission. In this event, the next qualified candidate will be notified and interviewed for possible acceptance.
Qualified applicants not accepted into the program may reapply or make a written formal request to have their application rolled-over for the next admission cycle.
Roll-over applicants do not receive preference or advance standing in the next admission cycle.
All roll-over applicants will compete with a new applicant pool.
