Academic Programs

The following immunizations and skin test must be documented prior to the first day of class.

1. Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)

2. Hepatitis B (optional, but highly recommended)

3. Annual TB Skin Test (PPD)

4. Tetanus

Appropriate documentation includes original or photostatic copies of immunization records or illness, or copies of laboratory results. Immunizations and TB skin test may be obtained through your personal physician, local health department or other healthcare agencies.
