Real Estate

A challenging and rewarding profession in real estate can be enhanced by the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Real Estate offered at Jefferson Community and Technical College.

In addition to preparation for licensure, the graduate will have the professional training to pursue a real estate career in land development, commercial property management, finance, appraising, corporate real estate, and sales and leasing.
