Ready To Work Program

Ready to Work (RTW) is a partnership with the Kentucky Cabinet for Families and Children to better serve Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP) clients in the Community and Technical Colleges.

Through a network of campus-based case managers (RTW-Coordinators), KCTCS provides supportive services and facilitates specially funded work- study placements both on and off-campus for the KTAP student. The RTW Coordinator works closely with the student's KTAP case manager to assure that the student accesses all available resources to be successful in college while remaining in compliance with KTAP regulations.
