If you are a current student please include your nine digit student ID number. 

If you do not know your student ID number please enter the last four digits of your social security number (SSN).  Failure to provide all the requested information may delay our response.  Please make sure to fill out the form completely.

Please make sure to also check your “JUNK” e-mail folder or “SPAM” e-mail folder for our reply.  Depending on your personal settings to your e-mail account’s Options, our response may go to these folders.  Spam protection settings or e-mail filter settings might need to be changed to accommodate a reply from us.  Our response will come from either JF-CallCenter@kctcs.edu or JF-StudentInformationCenter@kctcs.edu.
