Note Takers - Available upon Request

A deaf or hard of hearing student primarily relies on visual cues for information. It is impossible to watch the lips or hands of another and successfully take notes for one's self. Therefore, using a note taker is strongly encouraged for all deaf or hard of hearing students.

Deaf CLASS provides note takers to any deaf or hard of hearing students. Just ask!

Interested in being a note taker?
Deaf CLASS pays a stipend to reliable students for good notes. For more information please call Venetia Lacy.

Tutoring
The Deaf CLASS provides tutoring opportunities and other academic support services.
