Registering For Orientation

Orientation is only required for
first-time college students – students who have not previously attended
any college or university.
-
Students who are interested in English as a Second Language (ESL)
classes are invited to sign up for an ESL orientation.
The ESL orientations are included in the list below, and are identified
with the “ESL Downtown” label.”

In order to reserve a seat for
orientation, you must have applied for admission to the college and your
application for admission must have been processed. If you have not completed an admission application, please go to the
following link and choose the category which best describes you:

All information fields are
required in order to reserve a seat for Orientation Seating is limited for all orientations.
If possible, we will place you in your first choice, followed by your
second choice, and then third choice. You must select three different dates. If your request is missing any
information, your reservation will not be processed.

You will receive a confirmation
email within two working days with your orientation date and time
listed. Please check your
"Junk e-mail" folders if you have not received your reservation
confirmation within 2 working days of submitting your request. You must print your confirmation and bring it with you to your
orientation. *Students showing up without reservations will not be
allowed to stay for orientation.

Orientations listed as
“All-In-One” are longer and students will complete their COMPASS
assessment, Advising and Register for classes the same day.
