How to assess your answers

If you answered NO to any of the questions, you may want to consider if you currently have the skills to be successful in an online course. Technical skills are needed for our online classes except for CIS 100 - Introduction to Computers, and OST 105 - Introduction to Information Systems. These course are offered on Campus and over the Internet to teach students the skills needed to complete other Internet courses.

If you answered YES to all of the questions, you may be a good candidate for online courses. Students who are successful in these courses are able to work independently and structure their time wisely. A great deal of the material covered in online classes requires students to learn by reading from various sources.
