2,100 to be honored at Jefferson graduation ceremony

LOUISVILLE, KY -- About 2,100 graduates will be honored on Tuesday, May 13, 2008, when Jefferson Community & Technical College holds its annual commencement ceremony. The program begins at 6:30 p.m. in Hall 2C of the Louisville International Convention Center. About 700 students are expected to participate in the ceremony. |

The Kentucky Collegiate Quick Recall League ended the 2007-08 season April 5 with the final tournament at Georgetown, leaving two KCTCS colleges, including Jefferson Community & Technical College, with top honors. |

KCTCS Board of Regents recommends tuition rate of $130 per credit hour
|
VERSAILLES, Ky. (April 17, 2008) – The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) Board of Regents voted today to recommend to the Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) an increase in the in-state tuition rate for the 2008-09 academic year to $130 per credit hour (including fees) from the current rate of $115.
