Concert showcases student's musical journey
LOUISVILLE, KY -- At age 14, Louisville musician Casey Willis got his first paying gig, opening for Johnny Cash. Willis, with the help of other area musicians, will explore the bluegrass, country, swing, Celtic and Texas-style found in the music performed on fiddle, mandolin and guitar. The performance will be held on Monday, April 2 at 5:45 p.m. at the Student Community Building on the Southwest Campus of Jefferson Community & Technical College.
