Student recruitment campaign focuses on quality, value of community college education
|
Students who attend two years of any Kentucky Community and Technical College System college and transfer to a four-year university will end up saving the cost equivalent of one year of tuition, and transfer students tend to fair better academically than many students who start at four-year institutions.
Those are the messages of a new student recruitment campaign to begin airing on radio stations across Kentucky beginning July 28. The goal is to encourage more students to take advantage of the transfer option offered through KCTCS’ partnership with most of Kentucky’s public and private four-year institutions.
