Natural Science Learning Labs

Need help with math or science?  Come visit the Natural Science Learning Lab SCI 202

The Natural Science Learning Lab is located in room 202 of the Natural Science Building. The lab hours change every semester. If you need specific lab hours please contact the division secretary or the learning lab directly.

This lab is a free resource for all students, and offers one-on-one or group tutoring in a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. The lab offers assistance in all mathematics courses: Pre-Algebra, Elementary Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Finite Mathematics, Business Math, Statistics, and Calculus. Assistance is also offered in select Science courses: Chemistry, Anatomy, and Physics.

Resources

The Natural Science Learning Lab offers a variety of resources for student use. There are numerous books and videos, which correlate with many mathematics courses taught on campus (books only, for Science courses). These may be checked out for use outside the lab or used within. Videos may also be duplicated onto a personal cassette for ownership. There are also computers in the lab, which students may feel free to use for any work and/or Internet access and e-mail services.
