At Jefferson, we know that different students learn in different ways. That’s why we offer several ways for you to participate in our variety of online programs.

KCTCS Distance Learning

KCTCS Distance Learning - Our more traditional online offering, KCTCS Distance Learning offers typical semester-long courses online (spring, summer, fall). Many complete degree, certificate, and diploma programs are offered through our traditional distance learning model.

While these offerings are primarily offered online, some required exams and lab activities may take place on-campus.

Start any day, move at your own pace. Learn Anytime provides online learning at your convenience! Learn Anytime classes contain the same content as traditional eLearning or classroom delivered classes with the same catalog number.  Learn Anytime
credits will be accepted at all Kentucky public colleges and universities.

Due to the virtual nature of this program, enrollment requires a request process through the Kentucky Virtual Campus (KYVC).

A revolution in online education, KCTCS Online offers classes as “modules”- bite-size classes about 3-5 weeks long that you can start on a schedule you choose. Modules build toward complete courses for accredited, affordable degrees, certificates, and diplomas. This program requires a separate application process.
