Welcome to eLearning at Jefferson Community & Technical College (JCTC)

What is E-Learning? Students attend classes at locations distant from the campus where they are registered. The methods can include televised, on-line or computer-mediated and independent study courses using a range or combination of print, audio, visual, or computer/Internet based materials. JCTC offers many options for online courses, including several sessions in spring, summer and fall terms, as well as a virtual term where students can enroll any day of the year. In addition to online courses, the following methods of delivery are available within JCTC's eLearning program: Telecourses Interactive television (ITV)

Jefferson and KCTCS

JCTC is one of 16 colleges that make up the Kentucky Community & Technical College System. Because of this relationship, JCTC students are able to enroll in online courses provided by any KCTCS institution. Not only does this provide more course options, but the process is simplified by keeping all student services with one Home College.
