Enrollment Procedure

Jefferson eLearning students can enroll online or on campus. After reading all options, select your method of enrollment by clicking the appropriate icon.

Online Option #1
Students with 18+ hours or a completed Academic Program Plan (APP) can enroll using People Soft Self-Service by clicking on the PeopleSoft icon.
Click here to log into PeopleSoft so you can enroll into a course by using PeopleSoft Self-Service. (instructions)

Online Option #2
Students with less than 18 hours can submit an Enrollment Request Form to their eAdvisor by clicking on the Jefferson Community & Technical College icon.

Please refer to the Online Registration Dates for your enrollment date based on posted credit hours. If you do not have Self-Service access on/after this date, please contact Angie Henes in the Advising Center at angie.henes@kctcs.edu or 502.213.2277.
