Who is my eAdvisor? |
eAdvisors are assigned by last name. You can located this information on the eAdvisor webpage, also located under eStudent Services.

What are the dates for People Soft Self-Service registration? |
Dates of registration are based on a student's credit hours. Click here to find dates for the upcoming term.

According to my student account, I have 18+ hours, but do not have access to People Soft Self-Service. Who do I contact? |
Please contact Angie Henes in our Advising Center at angie.henes@kctcs.edu or 502-213-2277. Your Student ID# is required in order to verify your identification and make any changes to your account. |

I believe I have more credit hours than what is reflected on my student account. Who can I contact to verify this? |
Contact the Answer Center at www.jefferson.kctcs.edu/contact or 502-213-4000. |

Where can I find a list of online courses currently being offered? |
You can search for online courses through your People Soft Student account (even if you do not have Self-Service access). See the document, “Online Course Search Tutorial” under eStudent Services for help in identifying online sections.
If you do not have access to your People Soft Student account yet, you can utilize a similar KCTCS Course Search Tool, also located under eStudent Services . The tutorial mentioned above still applies. |

| How do I know if a class is online? |
The most distinguishable feature of an online course section is a “Z” in the section number (Ex. 55 Z 1). Also, online sections will not usually contain meeting dates, locations, times, etc. |

How do I complete an Academic Program Plan (APP)? |
For a list of current plans, go to www.jcc.kctcs.edu/docs/academicprogramplans. Drop-down boxes provide you with course options for each specific program requirement. You may contact your eAdvisor to initialize the process, or you may complete it on your own and submit this to your eAdvisor for review. |
