Students should contact their individual faculty advisor for an appointment.  Here is a list of the Advising Center locations:

Bullitt County Campus

• Call 502-213-4151, to setup an appointment

Carrollton County Campus

• Call the campus as 502-732-4846, to setup an appointment

Downtown Campus

•  The Advising Center is located in the JEC Building, room 606.
• Hours of operation (by appointment): Monday – Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Closed on Friday
• Walk-in advising will take place on In-Person Registration days.  View the registration calendar for the list of in-person registration days.

Shelby County Campus

• Call Student Services at 502-213-3613, to set up an appointment with Betsy Langness.
• The office is located in Room 104.

Southwest Campus

• Call the Advising Center at 502-213-7377 to setup an appointment with an advisor.
• The office is located in the Student Community Building.

Technical Campus

• Call 502-213-4272 or 502-213-4184 to setup an appointment with an advisor.
• The office is located in Building B, room 109.
