Applicants for Allied Health and Nursing Programs:
Please print the AAS graduation application below that corresponds to your program (if one is not listed for your program please choose application #1). Then speak with the program coordinator to submit your application. Once your program coordinator has reviewed your application, he/she will return the completed application to you, along with a program plan. The student is responsible for seeing that the degree application and program plan is received in the Registrar’s Office on their home campus by the above deadline.

You will receive an email confirmation to the email you provide when completing the application. Often this email can get tagged as a junk email item. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your email confirmation. You will receive a letter from the Registrar's Office during the semester telling you if you have been approved or denied.

What happens after I apply?
Once your application is received, the Records Office staff will review all documentation. You will be notified by mail if there are any issues with the status of your graduation. Graduation applications are finalized after grades are posted at the end of the semester.
You will receive notification that their credential is ready for pick up. For others, their credentials will be mailed within 10-12 weeks from the end of the semester. You will want to Make sure your home address is up to date. If you need to change your address, send an e-mail from your KCTCS e-mail account to JF-Records-Office@kctcs.edu indicating that you need to update your address for graduation and provide your new mailing address for graduation.
Do I need to pick up my credential or will it be mailed?
If you live in the following counties, you will have to pick up your credentials from the Records Office on the Downtown Campus: Anchorage, Buckner, Clarksville, Crestwood, Goshen, Jeffersonville, LaGrange, Louisville, Mt. Washington, New Albany, Peewee Valley, Prospect and Shepherdsville. The Record's Office will notify you when your credential is available for pick up.
If you live in any other counties, your credential will be mailed.
