Register for Orientation

Orientation is encouraged for everyone, but it is required for first-time college freshmen (applicants who have not previously attended any college or university).

Important Information:

In order to reserve a seat for orientation, you must have applied for admission to the college. If you have not completed an admission application, please go to the following link and choose the student category that best describes you: http://www.jefferson.kctcs.edu/Admissions
Orientation information is campus specific, so applicants MUST attend orientation on the campus where they will be attending classes.
Applicants whose first language is not English should sign up for an English as a Second Language (or ESL) orientation.
When registering for orientation, please fill out the request completely. Incomplete requests will not be accepted.
Seating is limited for all orientations.

Scheduling Problems?

I think I’ve scheduled an orientation, but I’m not sure. How can I confirm?

You should have received an email that included a ticket to orientation. If you did, you have been scheduled. You can also visit the registration site – up until the day of your orientation – to confirm your reservation.

I can’t attend the first orientation date I chose. Can I reschedule?

Yes. Just go to the registration site and choose another day.

I didn’t get a ticket. What happened?

Please check your junk mail and/or visit the registration site to print another ticket.

I lost my orientation reservation ticket. Can I print another one?

Yes. Please return to the registration site to print another copy.

I can’t attend any of these dates. What should I do?

More dates are will be added through the end of July. If we are approaching the start of a semester, please go the reservation site and email the contact for the campus where you plan to attend classes.
