Submit a Visiting Student Letter

  • Students must arrange to have a visiting student letter sent to Jefferson from their home colleges or universities.
  • The visiting letter must be received by the Admissions office before the student will be allowed to register.
  • Letters must be sent to:

Register for classes

  • Students may register in person or online.
  • In person registration dates are listed on our registration calendar.
  • To register online, students need to send an email to our Records Office and ask to be activated for self-registration.
  • Students should be prepared to provide unofficial college transcripts and/or test scores as documentation of completing prerequisite courses.

Pay for your classes by the deadline

  • Pay by cash, credit card, payment plan, or financial aid. 
  • Pay in person or online by the deadline to avoid late fees or other penalties.
  • You can view payment information including deadlines on the Bursar’s Office homepage.
