Video Contest Winners

Congratulations to 5 JCTC students who were selected as the winners of the college’s first video contest on Financial Literacy.

The students, who each received an iPad for their winning entry, were:

• Chris Burton,
• Ashley Moore,
• Matt Ribar,
• Josh Satchwell, and
• Jane Goeke

Students used their videos to  provide:

• Lessons learned on their way to financial success
• Tips to help other students manage money
• Right and wrong ways to use financial aid residual money
• The dangers of borrowing too much money
• How to be smart about managing resources
